I enjoy dealing with local businesses for so many reasons, and working with Dan at Republic State Mortgage proves why! He was there to offer advice that was tailored for my situation, but completely let me make the decisions I felt best. He was always there to answer my questions, even if it had little to do with the loan aspect. He is very reputable in the area, which made it a very smooth transition when working with local realtors. He was there the entire way from our first encounter, through closing, and remains available should I have a question. I love dealing with local people that I can actually talk with and Dan is exactly why!

From start to finish there was constant communication with the entire process. as a first time home buyer this was a whole new experience and a lot of stress to think about going through, but every step of the way Dan was there and seemingly always a step ahead of what I needed or was asking, his expertise really made this process stress free and smooth as possible.
